What the heck is LEED, anyway?

Building T, Fogelson Theater
LEED is an internationally recognized green building certification system.
Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) provides building owners and operators a concise framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions. Anyone involved with construction, engineering, building operation and maintenance, urban planning, interior design or other commercial, industrial or residential land projects not familiar with LEED or USGBC will greatly benefit from attending this workshop.
